Highly recommend!

I have now lived in Valencia for 5 years. Preferred Glass installed my new Milgard windows at a good price with very good workmanship. Over the years I have had a few problems with the windows (manufacture), Preferred has always taken care of it in a timely manner and even remember my name when I call. You don't find companies like this very often, history, customer service and reliability. Highly recommend.

I Got a Good Deal and Great Advice

I needed to have my glass shower door plastic sweep and vertical sweep replaced. I spoke to Courtney who indicated it cost $150 dollars for a home visit and measurements. There was an additional cost for materials and return for installation. After my initial shock she indicated I could bring the parts in and they would measure and custom cut them to fit my shower. Thus no installation charge nor visit costs. I dreaded removing the bottom sweep so I just measured it and went to Preferred glass with the side sweep. I showed it to Courtney and she demonstrated, using a shower installation, how I could remove and install the bottom sweep. I nice young man (who I did not get his name) took my piece of the side sweep and cut it precisely to fit my enclosure. He demonstrated how it would fit using their shower display. It would fit on the none moving side instead of the door like I had it prior. He cut a notch at the bottom to specifically fit the bottom sweep. I thus paid $79.00 dollars for both the vertical and horizontal sweeps. When I went home I removed the bottom sweep just as Courtney had demonstrated. No problem. The only difficulty I had was the old sweep had been sealed thus I had to scrape some of the old sealant off. Both sweeps fit perfectly. Thus I got a good deal and great advice. My thanks.

Best price out of several bids

Had new shower glass installed. We just wanted to make our master bath shower look better. It looks even better than we expected. Best price out of several bids. Everyone we dealt with was professional, timely and very nice. They told us it would take about 2 weeks for install because of special order. Then they turned it around and installed it in about 4 days.
